Download and launch the latest version of Flash Decompiler | |

You have to find the SWF in the "File explorer" | |

Add the SWF file to "My tasks list". Double clicking the required SWF file(s) in "File explorer" or clicking "Add task" button at ribbon bar will add your SWF file(s) to "My Tasks list". In case you want to add the whole folder into "My tasks list", please, click "Add folder" button | |

Check the boxes beside the SWF video objects you want to extract in "My tasks list" | |

Go to the "Extract" tab at the ribbon bar and select the destination folder for the extracted SWF objects | |

At this moment you are ready to move on to the "Formats" tab, choose the target format of the SWF video element and finally complete the process by pressing "Extract SWF objects" button | |

To be able to edit, substitute, insert video into you SWF file you need to convert it into FLA. Please see how easy it is here. Then it would be possible to make any changes in the source FLA with the specialized software (Adobe® Flash® etc.). |
